Is there any special software that needs to be installed to run dashboard?
No. dashboard is web-based and can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection.
What web browser can I use?
Firefox (2.0 plus), Internet Explorer (7 plus), Safari (2.0 plus) or Google Chrome (2.0 plus).
How long does it take to get dashboard live for my business?
Generally you can have dashboard working and live for your business in less than an hour.
Are there training tools to help me?
We have a great guided help for system setup.
Can I customize dashboard for my business?
Yes, for sure. You can customize Lead/Deal Status & Maturity Levels, Sources and Tags.
Can I share leads data across my company? Or setup teams to each manage their own leads?
Yes, you can setup dashboard to share leads. In addition, you can setup teams with managers or admins which will have visibility of the leads associated with all of their team members.
Can I change the look and feel, colors, and use my own logo?
Not right now.
Do you offer a private labeled version of dashboard?
Not right now.
Can I install dashboard on my own server?

Pricing, Contact & Cancellation
How much does the service cost? Are there any additional fees?
The cost of dashboard is $14.95 per user per month, for your first six months. Afterwards, the cost is $19.95 per user per month. There are no additional fees for set up or storage. Pricing is pay as you go, with a free 30 day trial. You can also sign a longer term contract if your organization is more comfortable with contracts. Give us a call at 1-800-458-7713 if you would like to discuss a contract.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
dashboard charges for its service on a monthly basis and you will be billed in advance for the next month 30 days after you sign up. Monthly service fees do not include taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing entities, and you are responsible for payment of all taxes, levies, or duties.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellation of service for an unused month. For service upgrades, or downgrades, you will be charged your new billing rate on the next billing month.
Can I sign a long term contract?
Yes, if you are a large organization interested in a significant number of user seats, we are willing to work with you on a longer term contract.
How do I cancel my service?

Backup & Security
Are our leads backed up? How often?
Yes, your data is backed and written on multiple disks in multiple locations in real time. Full back-ups are conducted daily. Our hardware is fully redundant so if one data center goes down, the service and your data will be available in another physical location.
Is my data safe? Where is my data hosted?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your data safe and secure. Your data is hosted using Media Temple's state-of-the-art, 24/7 reliable infrastructure.
Is our data encrypted going across the Internet?
Yes, your data is encrypted using standard 256bit SSL security protocols.
