Multiple Currency Support
What currencies does dashboard support?
We at dashboard love the US dollar. Did I mention we also love the Australian Dollar, the Brazilian Real, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Euro, New Zealand Dollar, Japanese Yen, Norwegian Krone, Sweden Kronor, Chinese Yuan Renminbi, South African Rand, Swiss Franc, Hong Kong Dollar and the Polish zloty? We love them all so much and we know our users do too, so we've made sure users can value their leads in the currency of their choice.
How do I change the default currency of my account?
By default, currency inside dashboard is valued in US dollars, but this setting can easily be changed to fit various other popular currencies.
1. From the settings page, select the currency desired from the dropdown menu located inside the Currency box and click the "Change" button when finished.
I am using Internet Explorer and need to enable Chinese currency support. What additional files will I need in order for the correct symbol to appear in my account?
Unfortunately, due to limitations in Internet Explorer, the symbol for Chinese currency does not appear properly unless the language pack has been installed in the OS. In order to have Chinese currency fully functioning in an account, please install the 'Install files for East Asian languages' option in the OS to enable the browser to support the chinese characters. More information on installing the Chinese language pack can be found here.
