Managing Deals

dashboard tracks a lead all the way from hello to see you again soon. Ultimately, leads want to become deals and why wouldn't they? Savvy sales people using dashboard know that once they've made a deal happen, we'll help to make sure it isn't lost, chewed up or stolen.

What are deal detail attributes and where can I find them?

Every lead comes complete with status, value, closing and source attributes assigned to it. These attributes are located directly under the lead detail header and can be adjusted at any time by clicking on corresponding sections.

Clicking on the "edit lead info" button will expand the lead detail view and display the editable fields for that lead. From here a user can change any of the associated lead values and save or cancel changes.

Printing a Single Deal

dashboard employees love trees and aim to save as many as possible. Occasionally, however, a deal must be printed on paper and we want that print to look and function as well as our application does. To print any deal, click the properties tab and select the "Print Deal" item.

The deal information will appear on screen in its printer-friendly version and your computer's print dialog box will pop up, awaiting selections. Select appropriate printing preferences and click "Print".
